My daughter gained the weight back after the one year's ago weight loss. I know that it is better not to use any medicines and try to lose the weight without any drugs. This is the best way to get rid of the excess kilogrammes forever. But my daughter has a prom soon and she asked me to buy the good drug to help her do this quickly. I’m looking at Phentermine but revealed that it has lots of unwanted side effects. So I am asking the people who have some experience with taking Phentermine. Please, describe the side effects you were confronted with or recommend me another medicine if you know anything better.

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with a detailed description of Phentermine negative effects. But, I'm pretty sure there are a lot of them and they could be a serious health risk for your daughter. I agree that prom is important. Still, it isn’t as valuable as your daughter might think. I would recommend you to reach out to the good nutritionist instead of buying dubious medicines.

Phentermine has lots of possible side effects. It is even hard to mention them all, but the main and the most notable are headaches, insomnia and dizziness, unpleasant taste in the mouth, upset stomach or other digestive issues. It can also cause hypertension oscillations, mood swings and problems with breathing.

Taking any kinds of drugs to lose weight is potentially dangerous. Healthy diet and active lifestyle does the trick.

I know you think that I haven’t told her about the consequences but I have already done. That is exactly what happened previous time: she has just taken a drug given by her friend and lost weight rapidly. It was unexpected but after a month all the kilograms came back. Of course, the diet remained unbalanced but my daughter is not a person with willpower. I guess I will talk to her again.

Just tell her that she will never lose weight forever if she continues to abuse weight loss medicines such as Phentermine. They all have only a short-term effect, it is like a liposuction, you know. So, if you want a healthy future for your daughter, you should convince her not to use drugs again and visit the nutritionist. Jogging and fitness will also help her in this case.
