I have already seen the topic about cyclobenzaprine on this forum but my issue is completely different. I am going to take this medicine to facilitate the unbearable pain in my back. The thing is, I am taking a few sedative drugs containing alcohol. However, I’ll never refuse a glass of good Italian wine. I know many drugs which are not compatible with alcohol beverages and any products containing ethanol. So I want to ask you guys about what can happen if I take both Cyclobenzaprine and alcohol? Is it ok to do this or should I give up alcohol for a while?

You can try alcohol together with cyclobenzapr, if you are not afraid of side effects increase. Cyclobenzaprine causes dizziness, drowsiness and a difficulty with concentrating as well as alcohol does. So it can be a bit risky to get drunk. I think a glass of beer of wine is ok, though.
